Who Would Save You?

The Lounge is where people can spend time getting to know each other and share interests unrelated to Anne McCaffrey. It's also where "Newbies" can get up to speed with the Kitchen Table culture.

Who Would Save You?

Post by Mausey » Tue May 01, 2018 10:47 pm

I saw this on another forum and it sort of looked like fun.

If you were in danger, the cast of the last tv show or movie you saw would have to save you. So ... who would be coming to the rescue?

Mine was the cast of Bones, could be far worse than a former sniper turned FBI agent and a crew of super smart scientists. :D

Yikes. For me, it would be the Fellowship of the Ring.

Well, the emergency would have to be the need to buy a house somewhere in England - the last TV show I saw was Location Location Location, with Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp!

I guess I am in trouble. The last TV show I saw was Jeopardy with that lovely man Alex Trebek. Wouldn't mind spending some time with him being rescued or not. I watch a lot of Nature and the news. Don't think that would help. Watch a lot of PBS but the shows I like are coming on so late that I'm in bed. So haven't even watched PBS lately. Woe is me!!! LOL

Marshal Dillon, Festus, & Quint (who was played by Burt Reynolds, incidentally).

Oh, I could deal with being rescued by Marshal Dillon and crew. ;)

 Princes Harry, William and Charles, Princess Kate, Megan the Duchess of Sussex and a great many of the rich and famous. It can't be evaded, the wedding was on almost every channel we get all day. It was a lovely wedding but 12 hours is enough.

We had a week of Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding - I was royally pissed off with all the gossip by about mid-week and it nearly put me off watching the main event.

However, Meghan isn't the only mixed-race member of the family, though Lady Davina will be a lot further down the succession ladder than 20th by now.
